Hello everyone Welcome to Saloni Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil Kichen Present Regional Food Tour of India. We are here at Punjab with Chef Ankush Sharma (The Food Lawyer) and our chef is preparing some Healthy and tasty Authentic Food Recipe of Punjab With Saloni Mustard Oil..
Ingredients
2 Pcs of Kulcha
1 Bowl Boiled Nutri
Tadka Gravy
For Nautri Boiling:-
3 tbsp Saloni Mustard Oil.
1 Bowl Nutri.
1 tbsp Soya Sauce.
For Tadka Gravy:-
2 Tbsp Saloni Mustard Oil
2 pcs Black Cardamon
2 pcs Green Cardamon
4 Grated Onion
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Dhania Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Haldi
Salt as per Taste
2 tsp Roasted Aanar Dana
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp Soya Sauce
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
Water
2 Finely Chopped Potato
1 Chopped Capsicum
1 Cup Tomato Gravy (Tomato + Coriander Leaves + Green Chilli)
Cream
For Garnish:-
Finely Chopped Coriander.
Method
Heat Saloni Mustard Oil in a Non-Stick Pan & Add Boiled Nutri, Saute on a Medium Flame for Few Min. & Keep Aside.
Now start to Cook Tadka Gravy, take another pan Heat Saloni Mustard Oil, Add 2 Black Cardamon , 2 Green Cardamon and 2 bay leaf cook until smoke.
After that add Grated onion and cook until Golden..
Take a Bowl and Add garam Masala, Dhania Powder, Jeera Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli, Haldi, Salt, Kasuri Methi, Roasted Anar Dana, Soya Sauce, Tomato Ketchup and Water and Make a paste of them..
Add Ginger Garlic paste, Potato, Masala Paste in Golden Brown and Roast for few minutes.
Now Add Capsicum, Tomato Gravy and cook for few minutes.
Add Nutri and Cook for 5 Minutes.
Take a Non-Stick Tawa , put it on a Flame and Heat Kulcha on it.
Add Cream in the Nutri and Garnish with Coriander.
