A Dhaba Style Egg Curry is so good and is close to what you get in a Punjabi Dhaba. A typical dhaba curry has lots of oil oozing out of the gravy and the spicy in tatste.
Egg being the wonderful source of proteins can be used to make many delicious dishes. One such amazing dish is that of Egg Masala Curry where boiled eggs are just simmered in spicy masala gravy. It has a nice tangy taste of tomatoes coupled with the flavors and taste of the spices that are used.
Ingredients
¼ cup Saloni Mustard Oil
5-6 Boiled Egg
1 tsp Jeera
½ tsp Dhania
5 Chopped Onion’s
Salt to taste
1 inch Ginger
4-5 Cloves Garlic
4-5 Green Chillies
¼ tsp Haldi Powder
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Dhania Powder
Water
2 tbsp Curd
3 Tomato Fresh Puree
Pinch of Kasuri Methi
Pinch of Coriander Leaves
Method
For Cooking “Dhaba Style Egg Curry”, First Heat Saloni Mustard Oil in an Non-stick Kadhai.
Add Jeera & Dhania in Kadhai.
Add Chopped Onion, Salt and cook until onion color change (Brown).
Add Ginger, Galic, Red chilli in kadhai.
Add Haldi Powder, red chilli powder, Dhania Powder, water, Dahi and cook for 5 minutes.
Add fresh tomato puree, Salt, cover with the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
