Bread Pakora is a much loved snack of deep fried and savory bread fritters from the North Indian Cuisine, especially Punjabi Cuisine.
Bread pakoda or bread bajji are made with a spiced batter of gram flour aka besan, spices and salt. They are either stuffed with a mashed potato stuffing or made without any stuffing. But in this video our chef make it unique and Healthiest Sandwich with Bread Pakora.
Ingredients
For Batter:-
1 Bowl Besan
1 tbsp Baking Powder
¼ tbsp Ajwain
½ tbsp. Red chilli powder
¼ tbsp Haldi
Salt According to taste
½ tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Water
For Pakora Sandwich:-
Saloni Mustard Oil for Frying
Bread
Tomato Ketchup
Tomato Slices
Onion Slices
Cucumber Slices
Paneer Slices
Chaat Masala for Garnish
Method
Heat Saloni Mustard Oil in a Non-stick Kadhai.
For Batter take a large Bowl and add Besan.
Now add Baking Powder, Ajwain, red chilli powder, haldi, salt & water and Mix well.
Now add Ginger and Garlic Paste in the Batter.
Take two slices of Bread and dip in the Batter & fry with Saloni Mustard Oil.
Now your Bread pakora is ready to eat.
Now for making it a Sandwich cut Bread Pakora into 2 pieces
