3-4 Kashmiri Lal Mirch
1 tsp Whole Black Pepper
1 tbsp Whole Jeera
2 tsp Dhania Powder

½ tsp Whole Dhania
2 Whole Kashmiri Lal Mirch
6 Onion Puree
500gm Paneer
Salt
1 Medium Tomato
1 Medium Onion
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
¼ tsp Haldi Powder
2 tsp Red Chilli powder
½ tsp Dhania Powder
Hot Water
Puree of 3 whole Tomatoes
¼ cup tomato puree
3-4 slit Green Chillies
2 tbsp Cashew Nut
2 tbsp Cream
Pinch Of Kasuri Methi
Pinch of Coriander Leaves
Method
For Cooking Healthy & Delicious “Kadai Paneer” Recipe at Home with #SaloniMustardOil, Heat Saloni Mustard Oil in non-stick kadai.
Now the other side make kadai masala, take a non-stick pan heat Kashmiri lal mirch, Black Pepper, Whole Jeera, Whole Dhania, salt, cook for few minutes & Grind them properly.
Add Jeera, Dhania, Kashmiri Lal Mirch Cook for Few Minutes, Now Add onion puree & Salt and Cook them properly.
Take a bowl and marinate paneer, tomato & Capsicum with Saloni Mustard Oil, add salt, red chilli powder.
Add ginger garlic paste in onion, add hot water & cook them properly.
Now add haldi, red chilli powder, dhania powder & hot water mix well.
Now add tomato puree, salt, slit green chilli and cook them properly.
Now add cashew nut paste, water & cook for few minutes.
Put the paneer and other vegetables on a skewer and cook it directly on the flame.
Now add cream, kasuri methi, coriander leaves and mix well.
