Laal Maas is a very popular non-veg recipe in Rajasthan. Delicious mutton cooked in ginger garlic paste, yoghurt, turmeric and more. It is meant to be fiery and is made with the combination of Kashmiri red chillies and other popular spices of Rajasthan.
Ingredients
500gm Mutton
5-6 Kashmiri Lal Mirch (Paste)
2 tbsp Saloni Mustard Oil
1 tsp Whole Jeera
1 tsp Whole Dhania
1 inch Dalchini
2 Javitri
2 Elaichi
10-12 Balck Pepper
2-3 Green Chillies
2 Medium Sliced Onion
Salt
1 tbsp Ginger – Garlic Paste
1 tsp Dhania Powder
2 tbsp Curd
Water
Fresh Coriander
Method
To Make Healthy & Delicious Rajasthani Recipe “Laal Mass” with Saloni Mustard Oil, Marinate mutton with lemon juice and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Take 4-5 Kashmiri Lal Mirch, Soak in water and grind them properly in a fine paste using little bit of water.
Heat Saloni Mustard Oil in a pan. Add jeera, dhania, black pepper, dalchini, Elaichi and green chillies.
After dhania, jeera crackled, add onion and cook for a few minutes.
Add Mutton and sear on a high flame for a few minutes.
Add Salt, ginger garlic paste and red chilli paste and cook for a few minutes.
After a few minutes, add dhania powder, whisked Dahi cook while stirring continuously.
Add water, cover with a lid and cook for a few extra minutes.
Add Fresh Coriander mix well and serve hot with Roti or Naan.
