Mezze Platter

My love for cooking started after my successful attempt of Mezze Platter. I didn’t love cooking, for me, it was an obligation to make food. Once I tried this dish in a restaurant ordered by my friend, I thought to give it a try at home. I checked out some recipe sites and youtubed. Finally, with my series of alternatives, it came out very nice. Everyone at my home loved it and got lots of appraisals. And thus I started loving cooking. This is my first innovation and will continue for more.
