Mushroom Jalfrezi is a popular dish made by stir-frying Mushroom, Bell pepper, Onion petals & spices in tomato puree. Mushroom Jalfrezi is an excellent side for ricemeal, roti, and chapati and can be used as a stuffing for rolls.
Ingredients
200gm Mushroom
Saloni Mustard Oil
1 tsp Jeera
4 Chopped onion
Diced bell peppers
1 onion petals
4 – 5 chopped garlic cloves
1-inch ginger
3 chopped green chillies
4 chopped tomatoes
Salt
¼ tsp Haldi powder
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp dhania powder
1 chopped tomato
1 tsp tomato ketchup
Pinch of Kasuri methi
Water

Method
For Cooking the Tasty & Healthy Mushroom Recipe “Mushroom Jalfrezi” at your home, Heat Saloni Mustard Oil in a deep non-stick kadhai for gravy masala.
Add Jeera and onion & cook for a few minutes. Meanwhile, for stir fry, the vegetables heat Saloni Mustard Oil in a frying pan.
Add Bell peppers, and onion petals and fry while stirring continuously.
Now add ginger, garlic, and green chillies to the kadhai (Where onion and jeera are cooked).
Now add onion, mushroom, and salt to the frying pan and fry for a few minutes while stirring continuously.
Now add haldi powder, red chilli powder, and dhania powder to a kadhai & mix well.
Now add tomato, and salt mix well and cook for 5 to 10 minutes while covering with the lid.
Now add tomato ketchup, Kasuri methi, and water and mix well.
Add vegetable mix well & cook for a few minutes with cover with a lid.
