Ingredients
3 tbsp Saloni Mustard Oil
1 Bowl Boiled Palak
200gm Paneer
2 Finely Chopped Onion
3 tbsp Tomato Puree
2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
½ tsp red chilli
½ tsp Dhania Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
½ tsp Jeera Powder
½ tsp Haldi Powder
Kasuri Methi
Salt as per taste
Kaju Paste
Cream
For Garnish
Coriander leaves
Method
First Heat Saloni Mustard Oil in a Non-Stick Pan.
Add Onion in pan Cook until Golden Brown.
Now add Tomato Puree and cook for few minutes, Now Add Ginger & Garlic paste and cook for 1 or 2 min.
Now Add Red Chilli Powder, Dhania Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Jeera Powder, Haldi Powder
Kasuri Methi and Cook for Few Mintues.
Now add Salt, Kaju Paste & Cook Gently for few minutes.
Now Add Cream and toss it Gently for 1 or 2 min.
Add Boiled Palak in the Pan and Cook for 5 min.
Now Add Cream and Paneer Cubes in the pan and mix well and Switch of the Flame.
Add Coriander leaves and your Healthy and Delicious “Palak Paneer” is Ready to Eat.
