Paneer Butter Masala Known as Butter Paneer is a rich & creamy recipe made with paneer, butter, spices, onions, tomatoes, cashew and Mustard Oil.
It is one of the most popular paneer recipe in Indian Restaurants similar to some other recipes. i.e. Kadhai Paneer, Shahi Paneer, Malai Kofta. Paneer Butter Masala is a tasty recipe where paneer dunked in a creamy, silky, super flavourful and delicious curry.
Ingredients
For 2 – 3 Person
2 tbsp Saloni Mustard Oil
1 Cup Paneer cubes
1 cup roughly chopped onion
1 cup roughly chopped tomato
Pinch of kasuri Methi
Pinch of Coriander
2/3 Green Cardamom
Salt as per taste
¼ tbsp turmeric powder
½ tbsp Red chilli Powder
1 ½ tbsp Cream
2/3 Red Chilli
1 cup Butter Cubes
7/8 Cashew
1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
½ tbsp Garam Masala
Method
For Cook healthy and delicious Paneer Butter Masala at Home, Heat Saloni Mustard Oil in a Non-Stick Kadhai.
Now Add Cashew, Chopped onion, Red Chilli, Chopped tomato and cook until onion color change into golden brown.
Grind that mixture and turn into a fine paste.
Now take butter in kadhai & Melt it, Now Add Red chilli powder, Haldi, Garam Masala & Mix it gently.
Now add cardamom, kasuri methi and paste made earlier and saute on a medium flame for few min.
After few min of cooking now add salt, tomato ketchup, chopped coriander leaves and cream and cook for 1-2 min.
