The Hindi word “Kadhi” denotes a yogurt sauce that has been slow-cooked for quite some time. The word “pakora” means fritters made from gram flour (besan). In this recipe, the fritters are made with savory, spiced batter made with onions, gram flour and seasonings.

There are many variations of making kadhi in North and Western Indian cuisines. Even though the spices or herbs added are different, but the yogurt sauce is mostly thickened with gram flour (called besan in Hindi).
Ingredients
For Pakora -:
Saloni Mustard Oil
1 cup chopped onion
¾ cup Besan
Salt as per taste
½ tbsp red chilli powder
½ tbsp Ajwain
½ tbsp Haldi
2 tbsp curd
Water
For Kadhi -:
2 tbsp Saloni Mustard Oil
½ cup Curd
2 tbsp Besan
½ tbsp Haldi
¼ tbsp Hing
Salt as per taste
½ tbsp red chilli powder
½ tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
½ tbsp Dhania powder
4 cup of water
¼ tbsp methi dana
¼ tbsp Jeera
¼ tbsp Kali Mirch
2 Full Red Chilli
2 Tej Patta
1 chopped Onion
Method
Heat Saloni Mustard Oil in a Non-Stick Pan For Frying.
Take Chopped Onion in a Bowl.
Now Add Besan, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Ajwain, Haldi, Curd & Mix Well.
