Ingredients
For Kebab
1 tbsp Saloni Mustard Oil
¾ Bowl Rajma Paste
½ Bowl Soaked Soya Granules
2 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
½ Bowl Chopped Onion
2 -3 chopped green chilli
1 tbsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp Dhania Powder
½ tbsp red chilli powder
½ tbsp Jeera Powder
1 tbsp Ginger – Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
½ Bowl Roasted Besan
Salt according to taste
For Shallow Frying
2 - 3 tbsp Saloni Mustard Oil
For Garnish

Coriander Leaves
Method
Take a Bowl add Rajma paste, soya granules, chopped coriander leaves, chopped onion, Chopped green chilli, Garam masala, dhania powder, salt, red chilli, Jeera powder, Ginger – Garlic paste, Lemon Juice.
Make a dough and add Saloni Mustard Oil.
Now Make small tikki with that Dough.
Now Take a pan and heat Saloni Mustard Oil in that pan.
Add tikki for shallow fry in the pan for few minutes in medium flame.
